The service was outstanding, including an early check-in. The room was modern & fashionable with a nice view, flowers plus every comfort. The breakfast was high quality and had a lot of options. The staff was really helpful and patient and assisted us greatly. The location in a good area was perfect and there were shopping malls and a supermarket nearby.

Luxurious and pretty standard hotel in an easy position in the consulate part of the city so a very upmarket area. Location adjacent to the main restaurant and transportations help the concierge & the managers were exceptional. Easy walk to Bridge School.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service from the moment we arrived at the airport. The location is superb, right off the Airport Expressway, which made it convenient for our one-day layover in Beijing. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with the best bedding and pillows I've ever slept on. The spa treatments were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing "Spacaytion". I also appreciated the little touches, like a personalized card waiting for me in the room.
